Growing up on a dairy farm in a small rural community has many benefits. Living close to the land, my sisters and I learned as children the value of hard work as we reaped profits from the land.  We played freely in nature and had the kind of close-knit connections to others that can often be found in small towns. However, life was also a challenge because as a result of our parents’ woundedness, we were also eye witness to much physical, emotional and spiritual struggle and abuse.

Being highly empathic and sensitive to others I was labeled “the emotionally weak one.”  Despite the challenges this created at a young age, eventually I later discovered that my perceived weaknesses were actually gifts that became my core strengths.

Driven in my vision and determination to lead what I considered to be a successful life, I excelled in school and honed my academic skills by pursuing a BA in Spanish and Education and later, an MBA in International Business.  As a young professional, this commitment took me to many foreign lands in my work as an International Banker.  During that time, I learned how to help clients develop their outer resources.

In 1993 I moved to New Mexico, the “land of enchantment.” It was only after I gave birth to my daughter that I began the process of balancing that external success with internal growth.  I began to focus on opening up and becoming receptive to my femininity and intuitive spirit.

I have always been attracted to the powers of the mind, communication and the power and wonder of following a spiritual path. As a result of my personal work to come into my own balance, I developed skill in using a range of tools to uncover the guidance of my inner wisdom.  Today, I use a variety of techniques including sound and light therapy, the use of color and stones, angel cards, spirit guides, theta healing, hypnotherapy and alchemical inner journey work to help others find their own place of inner balance.  As a guide for others on their journey, I offer one on one coaching, workshops, SKYPE and teleseminars.

One of my passions is to lead others to their own healing through self-discovery. Part of my soul’s journey is to transform, transcend and heal myself and others by shining what I call  “Rays of Light” into those inner seeds of pain and suffering. In the process, I am committed to helping you harvest those seeds into the golden treasures that have been there all along.  I am committed to helping you discover and nourish your own inner resources.

I believe that my most important resource is my connection to my Source.  At the same time, my educational qualifications are also important as they provide me with an in-depth context for integrating the left and right brain for the process of whole health and life balance.
